The delay was not your fault at all, but I appreciate your concern and customer service all throughout, and I was super thrilled to see that the plants still looked very healthy when UPS finally delivered them, which really points to their quality.. The packaging was phenomenally secure and done with so much care and love. I will be back for more I have no doubt! 😁♥️🪴
