What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rate starts from $5.00 for Standard Shipping and $9.99 for Winter Packaging Shipping. You may also select faster shipping methods available at checkout such as Express and Next Day Air. Shipping cost will be calculated by courier depending on your location.

When will my plants be shipped?

We ship your plants out only on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We like to provide ample time for shipping couriers to deliver your plants safely during weekdays. From our experience, shipments going out on Thursdays - Saturday have a higher rate of delay since it's closer to the weekend. We do not want our plants to be left alone at the post office over the weekend and spend too much time in transit which will lead to unnecessary stress. 

Next Day Air: If you select Next Day Air as your shipping method, we ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays and Thursdays only. 

All plants are shipped in its grow pot. Ceramic planter pots are not included unless stated otherwise in listings. 

How will you ship my plants?

We ship them with lots of polyfil to protect the leaves and cover to contain the soil inside the pot. Therefore, when you unpack your plants, it's a seamless and stress-free experience. We ship plants like how we want to receive them, with no damage to the plant. We encourage customers to take an unboxing video and if the plant is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will refund or replace it with another plant (while stocks last).
